I couldn't have ended this year's wedding season any better than with this couple. I've never been to a wedding with so much emotion, attention to detail, and love, of course :-)
It was a rather chilly day, but that didn't dampen the spirits of anybody! I started off the afternoon with some gorgeous details...
Kyleen, seriously, you are BEAUTIFUL!
The ceremony details were lovely and everything Sandhills. No better place to live (even if we have an occasional earthquake and 60 mph winds ;-).
These two waited to see each other until the ceremony. It was very emotional and I had a hard time keeping it together...
...especially when you see a groom like this!
After the ceremony I had some time with just the bride and groom; my favorite part of the day!
It was cold, but my brides are prepared...
And they didn't even care :-)
From the bride:
"Matt and I met eight years ago at a rodeo through my current boss. He was in Michigan for one month and we met his last week in town. We went on one date while in MI and then I flew out to visit him in Minnesota. Three months later, I moved out there to be with him. It's all pretty much downhill from there ;-) I LOVED how the wedding turned out. I was stressed a bit the day of, but it all fell into place. We were so happy to see so much of our family make the drive to be here with us. I still can't believe it's already over!
We chose the ceremony venue because we wanted to get married on the ranch, that's who we are, ranchers. Angel had always envisioned a wedding in her front yard and was so gracious to open her home to everyone to make our dream come true. The reception was chosen because it was close to Comfort Inn ;-) I LOVE the color orange and green and brown went right along with it. They were the perfect fall colors. Angel did all the decorations at her home, she is amazing at what she does!!!!"
Thanks again you two for such a great day!
